What happens if I have an accident?
In the event of an accident, you should inform the rental company immediately. If a third-party is involved, you should also contact the local police and request an accident report.
When you return the vehicle, make sure that the rental company issues you a damage report and receipts for any applicable charges. For furthur information about this, also read our Car Rental Agreement on the website.
What happens if I break down?
We offer roadside assistance. In the event of a break down, you should inform the rental company as soon as possible. If the break-down is minimal, we can fix it in less than 6 hours so you can continue with your rental.
If it is serious, you can request for a change of a car that we can deliver to you in the shortest time possible as depending on the location you are in.
Can I extend my reservation?
Yes, you can extend your reservations. What you have to do is only contacting the company or the reservations manager.
